SF Brown’s first commercial project, South Park (named PRIOR to the introduction of the popular cartoon TV series – really!) is a 6-building, 31,000 square foot project on 2 ½ acres on South Pacheco Street in Santa Fe. Again, the project site plan was conceived and designed by SF Brown, and the development plan/permitting process was carried out by SFB. The unique northern NM architectural styling (territorial, pitched metal roofs) was a first in Santa Fe’s commercial office building market. The small (4500 -7000 sf) building footprints, and custom home-like construction quality was an instant success and was quickly constructed and leased to both government and private entities.
