Siler Studios

Siler Studios (2003 – 2009)

SF Brown purchased a 4 acre parcel once housing a natural gas utility operation and service yard in Santa Fe’s industrial section and created Siler Studios. Originally conceived as a mixed-use project for smaller business/ craft studios, the location and professional architectural image created by SF Brown attracted more large-scale users including warehousing facilities for the State of NM, The Public Health Pharmacy, The State of NM Emergency Response facility and a non-profit affordable housing advocate/provider. 73,000 square feet of one- and two-story office buildings have proved to be an anchor/catalyst for other redevelopment projects in the vicinity.
